Course Description:
Whether you are focused on stabilization of finances, organizational growth, or you simply want to be prepared for the uncertain times ahead, this course is for you! We’ll help you ask the right questions to build a budget from the ground up, help you figure out how to manage staff input and ownership, and provide rules of thumb for projecting enrollment and estimating costs. This session will also cover measuring your success, utilizing cash flow projections, correcting the course when needed and implementing prudent spending strategies to keep your school in the black.

Walk through a complete cycle of grant and other compliance requirements. You will learn tips and common mishaps to avoid so your school can successfully make its way through the often overwhelming sea of paperwork to focus on its mission.
